The Family room is located on the 3rd floor, this room has 2 double beds in one large room which is suitable for 3 to 4 persons stay. You must have to climb stairs to reach the room. An electric kettle also will be there in the room. There will be one bathroom with a private balcony attached to the room. Guest can truly make themselves at home! - Cancellations made 10 or more days before the check in date will be free.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 10 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 night tariff.
- No shows and cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
- Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.

Amendment Policy
- Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
- Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
- Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date.
